Exciting Announcement

With the London Marathon only weeks away, some people we support in Yarl's Wood IRC have decided they would like to give back to Beyond Detention by holding a sponsored run event in the Yarl's Wood IRC gym.

On Wednesday 17th April, a group of service users will try to beat their PBs on the treadmill. They'll be updating us throughout the day via text message and we'll keep a live feed going on our socials so you can track their progress. We have over 15 people signed up to our Yarl's Wood Sponsored run ranging from 3km to 10km each, the total so far is 72 km! Will they achieve it? We're all behind them.

We would be so grateful if you would sponsor them for their efforts. They, more than anyone else know what a difference these donations will make to people detained in Yarl's Wood IRC. With your help, we can continue to provide one-to-one support, phone credit, clothing and activities to as many people as possible.
